HISTORY of SIN JUTSU KENPO KAI ® &
SIN JUTSU ® CONCEPT ( concept of real skills )

Founder SIN JUTSU KENPO KAI SOKE Oleg J. Shepruth has begun studying KENPO in October, 1977. Then in Russia ( the former USSR ) studying of KENPO as real combat was forbidden. Those who studied KENPO openly, could get in GULAG. Therefore at that time style КENPO which studied SOKE under SENSEI Nikolai Nikiforov, named the Judo Self-Defense. Then SOKE studied Kyokushinkai Karate under one of pioneers of this style in the USSR - SEMPAI Alexander Gribov. During service in the Soviet Army ( spetsnaz ), SOKE studied Combat Ju-Jutsu under Army spetsnaz-instructors, and having finished Army service - studied Boxing under Alexander Artemiev, WBC referee, the Int'l Class Master of Sports of the USSR, a member of USSR Boxing Olympic Team, and also studied Full Contact Karate under one of pioneers of this style in the USSR, SHIHAN Valery Borovkov, 7th dan Full Contact Karate. Beginning of instructor in KENPO SOKE participated in real combat seminars and on one of them has met with SHIHAN Stephen Morris, 6th dan OKINAWA KENPO KOBUDO which studied under one of first United States' student of KAISO Shigeru Nakamura, founder of OKINAWA KENPO. And SOKE also studied OKINAWA KENPO KOBUDO under SHIHAN Stephen Morris like personal student.

SIN JUTSU KENPO KAI beginning from the first group who has been generated in October, 1991 under direction of SOKE Oleg J. Shepruth. Studying KENPO technics, fighters of the first group mastered also related arts - Kyokushinkai Karate & Full Contact Karate. Subsequently, in September, 1992, the basic group of KENPO fighters has been generated. The group was included structurally into DoMo Association ( Full Contact Karate ) and in December, 1992 fighters of both groups have been certified on blue belts of Full Contact Karate.

By virtue of some the reasons since December, 1993 of group have been compelled to begin independent development, actually continuing to study of KENPO. Then, on the basis of two initial groups, "SIN JUTSU" KENPO Club into which management following instructors have entered has been generated: SOKE Oleg J. Shepruth, SENSEI Andrei V. Nechaev & SEMPAI Ludmila J. Afanasieva. In December, 1993 the basic concept of real skills of combat - SIN JUTSU KENPO for the first time has been formulated.

SIN JUTSU Concept ( concept of real skills ) is simple, as all of genius. But all over again it is necessary to understand with terms, which many understand incorrectly. So, that such concept as includes Martial Art term ?! In SIN JUTSU KENPO KAI consider, that Martial Art - is, got as a result of the studying, skill to fight. PAY ATTENTION: TO NOT PLAY with each other in comfortable conditions by in advance known rules & to conduct FIGHT in which accessible means are good ALL and by YOUR LIFE is ! On the basis of above-stated

SIN JUTSU Concept - real skills of combat is a skill to conduct fight in any conditions
with any opponents !

March, 1994 - first sertification on student's degrees ( kyu ) of SIN JUTSU RYU KENPO

December, 1994 - second sertification on student's degrees ( kyu ) of SIN JUTSU RYU KENPO

This moment of certification on student's degrees ( kyu ) of SIN JUTSU RYU KENPO
become regular and two times are spent to a year.

From February, 1995 are annually conduct "ELITE" Open KENPO Tournaments,
"Rating Fights" KENPO Tournaments, "Best Fighter of Year" KENPO Tournaments &
from November, 2003 are annually conduct "School Cup" KENPO Triathlons

September, 1996 - on YUDANSHA KAI ( Council of KENPO Black Belts )
the decision on creation on the basis "SIN JUTSU" KENPO Club was accepted
SIN JUTSU KENPO KAI ( SJKK ) as leader of real combat organizations in
the Russian Federation; the main training hall has received HONBU DOJO status &
training halls of other clubs, entering in SJKK - DOJO status

November, 2005 - on KODANSHA KAI ( Council of KENPO Senior Black Belts )
the decision on establishment KOKUSAI SIN JUTSU KENPO KAI - Int'l Real Combat Association
in which structure except for KENPO DOJO of the Russian Federation &
KENPO DOJO of the United States of America with official representation
the KENPO ALLIANCE of NORTH AMERICA on SIN JUTSU KENPO KAI
in the Russian Federation

December, 2005 - on KOKUSAI KODANSHA KAI ( Int'l Council of KENPO Senior Black Belts )
for outstanding merits in martial arts and KENPO worldwide propagation
to Oleg J. Shepruth was honored 6th dan KENPO and title SOKE ( head of family )

September, 2006 - on KODANSHA KAI ( Council of KENPO Senior Black Belts )
the decision on acceptance in structure Int'l Real Combat Association was accepted
KENPO DOJO of Ukraine with official representation of International KEMPO-KARATE
& KOBUDO Federation ( IKKKF ) & KENPO DOJO of Byelorus with official representation
Byelorussian Republican Public Union of JIU-JITSU & SELF-DEFENSE on
SIN JUTSU KENPO KAI in the Russian Federation

January, 2007 - on KODANSHA KAI ( Council of KENPO Senior Black Belts )
the decision on acceptance in structure Int'l Real Combat Association
was accepted KENPO DOJO of the South Africa

July, 2007 - on KODANSHA KAI ( Council of KENPO Senior Black Belts )
the decision on acceptance in structure Int'l Real Combat Association
was accepted KENPO DOJO of Georgia

September, 2007 - on KODANSHA KAI ( Council of KENPO Senior Black Belts )

October, 2007 - SOKE Oleg J. Shepruth has been invited in as Chairman of
a Commission of experts on the Open European KEMPO Cup which passed
in Kharkov, Ukraine. By results of the last Open Cup on International
Commission was the decision on election SOKE as Vice-President of the
International KEMPO-KARATE & KOBUDO Federation ( IKKKF ) is accepted
and division of powers in the field of developments on international scene of
sports KEMPO direction from IKKKF and traditional KENPO direction from
Int'l Real Combat Association ( IRCA )

February, 2008 - on KODANSHA KAI ( Council of KENPO Senior Black Belts )
the decision on acceptance in structure Int'l Real Combat Association
was accepted KENPO DOJO of Canada

March, 2008 - on KOKUSAI KODANSHA KAI ( Int'l Council of KENPO Senior Black Belts )
the unanimous decision on election SOKE Oleg J. Shepruth was accepted
the President of the Int'l Real Combat Association & SHIHAN Stephen Morris,

Martial Arts Connection ( Int'l Community of Martial Arts Masters ). Distinctive feature of the
Goshin-Jutsu Taikei, in difference from the overwhelming majority (!) similar associations,
isn't commercial interest, and real merits in world process of propagation KENPO/BU-JUTSU
