SIN JUTSU KENPO KAI was established in Saint Petersburg, Russia in the 90s of twentieth century. The FIRST GROUP OF KENPO AS REAL COMBAT started its training in October, 1991 under Oleg Sheprut. From this date begins history of the Russian KENPO. Studying KENPO technique, students of the first group studied also related arts - Kyokushinkai Karate and Full Contact Karate. Subsequently, in September, 1992, the BASIC GROUP OF ADULTS KENPO STUDENTS has been founded. This group was trained under DoMo Association ( Full Contact Karate ) and in December, 1992 students of both groups have been certified on blue belts of Full Contact Karate.

Effective December, 1993, by virtue of unwanted reason, above named KENPO groups have been compelled to begin independent development. Then, on the basis of two groups, "SIN JUTSU" KENPO DOJO has been founded. The KENPO DOJO was led by instructors Oleg Sheprut and Andrey Nechaev. In December, 1993 the basic Concept of Real Skills of Combat ( in Japanese as SIN JUTSU KENPO™ ) for the first time has been formulated.
SIN JUTSU™ Concept ( Concept of Real Skills ) is simple, as all of genius. But all over again it's necessary to understand with terms, which many understand incorrectly. So what is meant by Martial Art term ? In SIN JUTSU RYU™ as School of Real Skills of Combat, believes that Martial Art is, got as a result of the studying, skill to fight. Pay Attention: to not plays with each other in comfortable conditions by in advance known rules but to make fight, where you can do everything to survive ! On the basis of above-stated: real skills are the ability to fight in any conditions and against any enemies !
