Let be known, due the introduction in 2016 of the traditional educational standards of KOKUSAI SIN JUTSU KENPO KAI - IRCA™, the criteria for assessing technical excellence also were revised ( for more information, please CLICK HERE! ). KODANSHA KAI as the supreme governing body of IRCA™, based on the above as well guided by the personal statement of the Head of KOKUSAI SIN JUTSU KENPO KAI - IRCA™, decided not to use any Master's Degrees / Ranks for Oleg Sheprut, retaining only the SOKE title. With sincere respect to all IRCA™ partners, KODANSHA KAI announces that senior Master's Degrees as KODANSHA MENKYO / MEYO , previously awarded SOKE , from January 1, 2021 have been canceled.
